Made to order, shipped from the US, with a straightforward policy if something isn't right.

Processing time

Risers are manufactured after you order. We typically make and ship within 3–5 business days. Delivery time after that depends on carrier transit to your address, usually another 2–5 business days.

Shipping cost

Shipping starts at $10.00 per order. Additional risers larger than 5" in any dimension add $3.00 each. The exact total is shown in the order summary before you pay.

Returns

Because each riser is cut to your measurements, we can't resell returns, so custom orders are final sale. If a riser arrives damaged, is the wrong size compared with what you ordered, or has a manufacturing defect, text us a photo within 30 days at 860-856-3633 and we'll remake or refund it.

Wrong measurements?

Text us as soon as possible after ordering. If your risers haven't gone into production yet, we can usually adjust the dimensions at no cost.
