Privacy Policy

When you place an order we collect your name, email address, shipping address and the order details you enter (dimensions, finish, quantity and notes). We also collect basic, anonymous usage data — pages viewed and steps completed — so we can improve the store.

Card payments are processed by Stripe. Your full card number never touches our servers and we never store it. Stripe's own privacy terms apply to that part of the transaction.

To manufacture and ship your order, to send order confirmations and shipping updates, and to answer questions you send us. We do not sell or rent your information to anyone.

We use a small amount of first-party analytics and Google conversion tracking to understand how people find and use the store. These do not identify you personally.

You can ask us to delete your account or order data at any time by texting 860-856-3633. We keep order records only as long as needed for support, warranty and accounting.
